Seaside is an often overlooked
city of Monterey County, but now boasts one of the largest shopping
centers in the area, a popular golf course Bayonet Black Horse and
its own Embassy Suites. Many cultural events occur here during the
year. Once home of the
military base Fort Ord, this area now has a myriad of restaurants,
stores and hotels to accommodate any needs. It also offers sporting
events and many recreational opportunities.
