Our mission is to reduce traffic congestion and automobile emissions while optimizing the use of the existing transportation infrastructure in the Monterey Bay region. Commute Alternatives is a program of AMBAG, assisting individuals who live or work in Monterey County and are seeking a suitable alternative transportation method. Additionally, we help organizations develop and implement alternative commute programs for their employees and establish successful incentive programs that encourage the use of sustainable transportation modes.
