The mission of the Boys & Girls Club of the Monterey Peninsula is to provide a safe,positive place in which caring adults work to ensure the well being of youth and help them realize their potential. Boys & Girls Clubs provide diversified programs and activities that meet the interests of all youth. Core programs engage youth in activities with adults, peers and family members that enable youth to enhance their self-esteem. Our five Core Program Areas are Charector Development and Leadership Development;Education and Career Development;Health and Life Skills; the Arts;and Sports, Fitness and Recreation. |
