Health Projects Center (HPC) sponsors the Del Mar Caregiver Resource Center, which offers free family consultation to families caring for loved ones with Alzheimers, dementia, or other forms of brain impairment. HPC also provides resources such as respite care, counseling, legal assistance, and support groups to caregivers living in Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey counties. |
